"Deepening the connection with Self through the art of Yoga"
We currently offer two styles of Yoga, with the intention of cultivating sensory awareness while navigating the landscape of the body.

Yang Yoga is an active practice, with a focus on establishing a strong foundation and suited to those with some yoga experience. Expect to be challenged and re-energised as we move to improve stability, focus, strength and flexibility.

Yin Yoga is a passive, introspective practice designed to stimulate the connective tissue and promote a wider range of motion. Suited to both beginners and experienced yogis, we learn the art of stillness through longer-held poses, in the space of non-doing.

As we slow the mind down, we discover the hidden language of the body.

Who Is CarmenBody?
CarmenBody is a Private Membership Association with a view and purpose to guide the community in taking responsibility for their health and wellbeing. We aim to empower our members to take a sovereign approach over their bodies and health as we assist and develop methods of living that will enrich our lives and our state of Being.
Our community sources funds from workshops, retreats, coaching and classes focusing on Yoga and Holistic Health through living in harmony with Nature. All contributions raised will go towards funding further wellness projects in support of this quality.
By visiting and engaging in CarmenBody services, the member hereby agrees to have entered into a private domain subject to the private terms and conditions of CarmenBody. General Info
We are located at the Surf Life Saving Club, The Esplanade, Williamstown. Each class goes for one hour, with doors opening 15 minutes prior.

Online bookings are recommended, with cancellations possible up to one minute before class.
Cash & EFT payments preferred.
Please bring you own yoga mat and dress in warm, comfortable clothing. It is best not to eat at least one-two hours before practice.
